5 Francs: This coins shows a coffee plant with beans encircled by the legend «BANKI NKURU Y’U RWANDA» and the number «2009». While on the other side of the coin, there is the Coat of arms of the Republic of Rwanda and the inscription of the face value in letters «AMAFARANGA ATANU» and number «5»
10 Francs: A banana plant with fruit encircled by the legend «BANKI NKURU Y’U RWANDA» and the number «2009»
20 Francs: A tea plant encircled by the legend «BANKI NKURU Y’U RWANDA» and the number «2009».
50 Francs: An ear of maize, semi uncovered, encircled by the legend «BANKI NKURU Y’U RWANDA» and the number 2011
100 Francs: The coin face value «100 FRW» encircled by the legend «BANKI NKURU Y’U RWANDA» and the number 2007.
